SK Speedmate's Ethical Management

SK Speedmate pursues not only economic and legal responsibilities in the course of business management but also corporate ethical responsibilities. We aim to gain the trust of stakeholders and achieve sustainable growth and development of the company through the establishment of a fair and transparent corporate culture, thereby contributing to the happiness of society as a whole.

To this end, SK Speedmate established and announced the Code of Ethics in 2025 based on SK's management philosophy, SKMS (SK Management System), presenting the correct behavior and value judgment standards that members must follow. We also require our partners who do business with us to recognize and comply with these standards.

We operate the ethical management system by designating an ethical management organization within the Management Strategy Office and implement various systems and programs to ensure that the ethical culture is established and spread.

Code

In 2025, SK Speedmate established the Code of Ethics as a basic management regulation, presenting standards for correct decision-making and behavior for members, including attitudes toward customers and basic ethics for members. We also prepared and operate the Code of Ethics Implementation Guidelines to help members understand and practice the Code of Ethics correctly.

The Code of Ethics and Implementation Guidelines are shared not only with all employees but also with partners to ensure compliance. We provide ethical support activities such as education and receive compliance pledges.
