(hereinafter "the Company") approved a spin-off plan on June 17, 2024, at the board of directors meeting to establish a newly incorporated company through the physical spin-off (hereinafter "this spin-off") of the Speedmate business division, with the Company continuing to exist while receiving all issued shares of the newly incorporated company.[SS]Following this spin-off, personal information previously provided to and processed by the Company is scheduled to be transferred to the newly incorporated company as of September 1, 2024 (planned).
